RENT A CAB car rental service provides vehicles on hire on point to point basis as well as daily basis in Darjeeling,Sikkim, Dooars. Bhutan & Nepal region..
For DAILY BASIS car rental in Darjeeling & Sikkim region different types of vehicles are used:
- The per day tariff mentioned below are inclusive of car rental, fuel, drivers charges.
- There is no hidden cost. If you travel more than 100 km per day, additional charge will be levied as per details below.
- Minimum period of hire should be 2 days.
- Rates may vary dury High season period i.e, May June Oct Nov & during blackout dates
- Parking / tool charges to be paid directly by guests.
- Additional kms charges to be paid directly to driver on spot
- Opening & Closing kms to be noted from Siliguri to Siliguri (our office area)
- Standard Duty timings would be 9am to 5pm (max 8 hrs). Overtime @Rs.150/- per hr
- GST extra as aaplicable
Note:
There are certain restrictions on use of vehicle in Darjeeling-Sikkim region on DAILY BASIS RATES. This include the following:
- The daily basis vehicle wont be able to undertake local Sight Seeing in Darjeeling, Pelling, Gangtok due to different states & local syndicate restrictions. Seperate vehicle has to be booked for this purpose at additional charge.
- Forest visit in Dooars have to be undertaken in seperate vehicles specially provided for this purpose.
- The vehicles are not allowed to enter Gangtok city during day time. A local taxi has to be arranged by the guest at their own cost for transfer from Hotel to Taxi Stand or back
- For tour to North Sikkim & Tsangoo Lake & Nathula Pass , complete package tour has to be booked. These vehicles will not ply in in these areas.
- The rates given in the site are also not applicable in Bhutan & Nepal, ask for a special quote for travel to Bhutan & Nepal
